We camped at Silver Springs campground along the White River. Which is aptly named!
Heading into Mt Rainier National Park Sunrise area
We hiked along Sourdough Ridge to catch the views of Mt Rainier as well as to the north.
We couldn't leave the truck for long, we'd get the stinkeye for leaving them behind! Luckily it's a cool morning and they are fine.
We grabbed a campsite in the park mid day since it's first come first served at this time of year. Luckily we did it mid day - it filled in by evening. I think everyone was out due to the good weather.
We had a big nice campsite at Ohanapekosh!
After grabbing a campsite we spent the afternoon on the S side of Rainier and in the Paradise area. The fall colors were great!
Nisqually River and Glacier
At the paradise visitor center tourists were crowding a bear until a ranger came along to shoo them away.
