Driving in past the gate
Pulling up to the house
Looking back down the driveway towards the road
The pasture with the sprinklers running is ours - about 5 acres.
This is the east facing side of the house - faces the pasture
Front Porch and cobblestone walkway to the pond
Old junipers - beautiful smelling trees!
Irrigation Pond - the pumphouse powers the automatic sprinklers for the property. Water comes in via nearby canal.
Nice little pond and the volcanic rock fence that hides some of the irrigation lines
Pumphouse on the pond and you can see where it sits in relation to the house
Continuing around the pond to the west facing side of the house
Hard to see since it's a cloudy day, but there are a bunch of mountains to the west.
The west facing side of the house and the patio
And another patio
Continuing around - looking back on the west side of the house. You can see the barn in the distance.
Oh there is a regular garage too.
Continuing along the west property line, looking back at the house
What am I going to do with a basketball court?
Landscaping - high desert rock and bushes and trees
Now inside the house - this will likely be the view from my office. Again, mountains would be visible if it wasn't cloudy.
And the enormous master closet. It's over the garage.
It goes on and on!
Third floor 'library' or whatever we'll use it for.
Another space on the 3rd floor. Not pictured: another storage space like the master closet.
Main floor family room.
The east-facing view from the little porch. The pasture is ours.
Pasture with the overflow irrigation pond.
View from behind the garden area to the pasture.
This is the pasture to the west - 10 acres and a mountain view.
More pasture view - the trees are BLM land.
This looks back at the house and pond area from the barn and shop area.
Back outside and over to the chicken coop! This is to the right of the pond.
If you keep going past the entry pavement you get to this area.
Chicken coop, 2 stall shop, and the barn.
IN the garden area.
Back of the garden area looking back at the barn.
Garden - fully hooked up with the irrigation system and drip lines.
Took pictures of the equipment so we know what we'll need!
The north side of the property - BLM land to the left of the fence for miles and miles and miles!
I like how these fences come together - NW corner of property.
Gate in the paddock that opens to trails in the BLM lands.
