From Memorial Day in the Eastern Sierra (05.23-25.2009)
Dense panel of abstract shapes
Glyphs at the Red Rock Canyon site
White Mountains and glyphs
Some kind of suncup?
Glyph panel - some human shapes here
Sheep glyphs and white mountains
Mt Tom and Sierra
Rock piles along Fish Slough
Granite Spiny Lizard
Bigger than a typical fence lizard - about 2-3 inches wide and 10 inches long. Spiky neck. Yellow on the back was closer to a lime green in real life - camera didn't pick up the color well. Think it's a granite spiny lizard.
one of my favorite glyphs - i love the footprints!
Panel at Red Rock in Fish Slough
Panel and the white mountains
Pretty roadside flower
We then popped over to June Lake loop to throw a few casts into Rush Creek
No bites today, but the fishing spot was quite scenic!
