Phacelia, Poppies, and Goldfield color the hills of the Temblor Range.
We drove up Crocker Rd (steep 4WD) and found ourselves among fields of Goldfield and Coreopsis

Down on the actual Plain, we took Simmler Road over towards the visitor center. Passed through fields of Phacelia, Tidy tips, and more.

"The Blue Lake", I kept calling it - it was a dense field of Phacelia we kept seeing from different directions.
